The FizzWizz system
The FizzWizz unit is the heart of an installation. Around it sit sensors, carbonation hardware and power options, some required and some optional.
What every installation needs
The FizzWizz unit
The main enclosure holds the manifold, three solenoids, flow controller, pressure transducers and electronics. Gas and hose connections are on the outside, and the front panel carries the display and three buttons.
FizzWizz-BAE, Bubbles Anywhere Edition.
WizzTemp temperature sensor
Reads product temperature, which drives the carbonation calculation. The unit cannot carbonate correctly without it, and its accuracy decides whether you hit your target.
Arm separator
Catches liquid and foam before it reaches the unit. It is the single most important protective part, and it has a drain valve so you can empty it.
Optional sensors for packaging and multi-tank sites
Foot Pressure Sensor
Reads the pressure your packaging line actually sees, which removes hydrostatic pressure error when you choose a packaging pressure.
Part INS039. 316 stainless steel, tri-clamp connection, up to 100 psi, splash proof. Works with the FizzWizz-BAE on V2 code or newer.
WizzKoga Selector
For sites with several tanks. An electronic multiplexer that switches up to six tank temperature sensors between one or two FizzWizz units.
Six tank connections, two FizzWizz connections, powered through the standard FizzWizz power supply.
Sensor switch box
Lets a temperature sensor and a Foot Pressure Sensor stay permanently connected to one port. Needed when you use the Foot Pressure Sensor with a FizzWizz.
The parts that put CO₂ into the tank
These parts touch the product, so they matter for hygiene as well as carbonation quality. A dirty stone is one of the leading causes of low carbonation.
WizzStone-Combo
A stainless steel carrier with a thermowell, holding a 16 in thick-wall ceramic stone with 0.5 micron pores. The stone is tested to 200 psi without rupture or fracture, and the recommended CO₂ flow on the FizzWizz is 16 CFH or less.
Check valve
A one-way valve that stops product flowing back up the CO₂ line. The body is 304 stainless steel, the inner plug and duck bill valve are food-contact approved and replaceable, and the connections are ¼ in FNPT.
Stone adaptor kit
Adapts a Zahm & Nagel 24 in stone to the FizzWizz stone circuit.
Ultrasonic stone cleaner
A 10 L ultrasonic tank for deep-cleaning ceramic and stainless steel stones, with heater and timer dials, a drain valve and a removable stainless mesh basket. It carries a 12-month back-to-base warranty.
Keeping it powered and connected
Power supply
The standard FizzWizz power supply. A green light confirms it is working.
Battery backup
Keeps the unit running through brownouts and short power cuts. A full charge lasts about an hour, depending on operating mode, and recharging from empty takes about 12 hours.
5 ft output cable, splash proof. 12-month back-to-base warranty.
Hoses and fittings
A 5/16 in ID NSF stone hose, an arm hose to the tank head, and push-to-connect fittings.
